1 “Lucky 7” Avocado
1 English Muffin
2 tablespoons of good extra virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup of Feta Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparations
- Cut English Muffin in half & toast
- Drizzle Olive Oil to cover toast
- Cut Avocado in half an remove the seed. Use each ½ per side of toast. Flatten the avocados with a knife.
- Lightly season Avocado with salt & pepper
- Crumble feta cheese over the Avocado spread
- Drizzle more Olive Oil over toast & serve!
