1 “Palmer” Mango
1 medium red bell pepper
½ cup chopped red Onion
¼ fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno
1 lime

Preparations
- Chop mango, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro & jalapeno and place in a serving bowl and mix well.
- Drizzle with the juice of the Lime and mix.
- Season with salt & pepper and let sit for 15mins before serving.
