Palmer Mango Salsa

Ingridients

1 “Palmer” Mango

1 medium red bell pepper

½ cup chopped red Onion

¼ fresh cilantro

1 jalapeno

1 lime

Salt & pepper

Preparations

  • Chop mango, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro & jalapeno and place in a serving bowl and mix well.
  • Drizzle with the juice of the Lime and mix.
  • Season with salt & pepper and let sit for 15mins before serving.
